Case#1: 27yo female who had breast size asymmetry and small breasts. She had high profile saline implants placed through the arm pit (transaxillary). The implants are positioned below the muscle. The right breast is 350cc. The left breast is 370cc. Pictures are taken 3 months post-operatively.
